40mm Quick nut assembly for the XL Tool by Titan® WB-400 wheel balancer.
This adapter kit comes with everything you need to convert your XL Tool WB-450 to allow balancing of motorcycle and ATV wheels WITHOUT having to remove the bearings. This kit has an external clamping design that actually grips the tire rather than depending on friction at the hub opening.

This Light Truck cone adapter set is designed to be used with wheels that have a “center-bore” larger than the standard cones can accept. This larger cone can accommodate wheel center-bores from 3 ¾” all the way up to 6 ¾”. This set is designed to work with machines that have a 36mm diameter shaft.
Included in this set is (1) mounting flange and (1) large cone.

The pneumatic assist arm takes all the difficulty out of mounting and dismounting any type of tire that comes through the shop. Designed to mount on the XL Tool TC-450S (not the TC-450), this assist arm provides strong pneumatic pressure to allow the operator to have both hands free during the mounting and dismounting processes. Not only does this pneumatic assist arm mount on top of the machine and out of the way, it also incorporates dual fixture arms that makes this accessory more versatile than others on the market.
*NOTE: This arm will only fit on the TC-450S, NOT the TC-450.
The Deluxe Motorcycle/ATV Tire Changer Flip Adapters are designed to install over the existing clamping jaws on the turntable. With the adapters installed, the clamping area is elevated allowing (in most applications) the user to dismount and mount a motorcycle/ATV tire without removing pulleys, sprockets or rotors.
NOTE: If your tire changer is equipped with bead seating inflation jets, this product will not allow the use of that feature as the installed adapter will block the flow of air from the jets.
